Their Vinotèque at Nimb (a boutique hotel) holds one of Denmark’s most extensive wine-lists, equipped to also keep the privileged bon vivants content.

Set in the cellar under the hotel, the vinotèque sport a classic wine cellar atmosphere with contemporary twists.

Solid oak tables are paired with the iconic wishbone chairs (designed by the Danish Architect, H.J. Wegner), and tucked in between the prodigious wines.

The Vinotèque has for one a great collection of Grand Crus from Bourgogne, with a significant portion of the appellations represented (eg. all of the Vosne-Romanée Grand Cru AOCs).

Here Richebourgs from Domaine Romanée Conti, Maison Leroy and Domaine A.F. Gros, in selected vintages between 1976-2004.

The wine-list additionally includes both the Grand Cru appellations of Flagey-Echézeaux; Échezeaux and Grand Échezeaux.
